TerraBlocks coordinates the acquisition process, completes final due diligence, satisfies closing requirements, and moves the property toward acquisition.
FINANCE & CLOSE
TerraBlocks combines investor capital with appropriate real estate financing when applicable and coordinates the financing and closing of the property.
OPERATE & MANAGE
TerraBlocks oversees the property and executes the approved investment strategy, including asset management, performance monitoring, and operational decisions.
REPORTING & DISTRIBUTIONS
Investors receive ongoing project reporting and, when applicable, distributions according to the terms and performance of the specific investment.
EXIT / REFINANCE
TerraBlocks continuously evaluates performance, market conditions, financing, and available exit alternatives to determine the appropriate long-term strategy.
